OUR NAME
Our name, Multimerica, is based on the philosophy that combining the knowledge and talents of various people with different backgrounds and “points of view” we can create a single, stronger entity.
It’s also a salute to the original motto of the United States – E Pluribus Unum: “From many, one.”

Specializing in brand marketing, business/product innovation, and human-centered design. He has worked in top CPG organizations like SC Johnson, The Clorox Company, Miller Brewing, Tyson Foods, Sara Lee, and The Coca-Cola Company driving innovation and sustained profitable growth.
As a consultant, Rodney has partnered with clients across 50+ industries, including retail, telecommunications, automotive, education, CPG, airlines, banking, and healthcare. He has led turnaround efforts for both for-profit and nonprofit businesses, contributing to over $20 billion in sustainable retail sales and service revenue.
