OUR NAME

Our name, Multimerica, is based on the philosophy that combining the knowledge and talents of various people with diverse backgrounds and “points of view” can create a single, stronger entity – than working separately in silos. 

It’s also a salute to the original motto of the United States – E Pluribus Unum: “From many, one.”

Multimerica Media was founded in 2021 to empower brands and advertisers to achieve their marketplace growth objectives while actively investing in a more inclusive media landscape. By bridging the gap between brands and Black-owned media companies, we help ensure that advertising dollars contribute to sustainable market growth and economic empowerment for diverse communities. Whether you’re looking to scale nationally or penetrate a specific market, our inventory in CTV, OLV, and display advertising ensures your brand gets seen.

Rodney has over 35 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, business builder, board member, and university lecturer. Specializing in brand marketing, business/product innovation, and human-centered design. He has worked in top CPG organizations like SC Johnson, The Clorox Company, Miller Brewing, Tyson Foods, Sara Lee, and The Coca-Cola Company driving innovation and sustained profitable growth.

As a consultant, Rodney has partnered with clients across 50+ industries, including retail, telecommunications, automotive, education, CPG, airlines, banking, and healthcare. He has led turnaround efforts for both for-profit and nonprofit businesses, contributing to over $20 billion in sustainable retail sales and service revenue.
